Grainne Martin set up GMT in response market needs. As a recruiter for more than 20 years she saw the gap in the recruitment market for an experienced sales Recruitment and sales trainer. She saw the value of an experienced recruiter to pass on skills from new recruits to business leaders and every level in between. A highly experience of recruitment trainer she has had experience working and training in the UK, Europe, Asia and North America.
Within the recruitment industry, Grainne set up a country head office in Dublin, later expanding the business network to Cork and Belfast. From a business sector her stable was firmly in IT contracts but moved to high-level permanent placements and delivered retained solution across many business sectors including ICT, Accountancy and Finance and to Pharmaceutical and Life Science. Her skill is in responding to client and business needs. During the boom time, she established two new specialist staffing services in Finance and Pharmaceutical, later taken over by recruitment giant Adecco. Grainne totally understands how smaller brands fit into larger organisations and the benefits of brands working together and the value of cross-selling services.

As a company we are always investing in our team. As recruitment is very sales focused managing both clients and candidates we organised a 3 day training programme with Grainne. The aim of the 3 days was to refocus attention on sales, review the latest trends in the industry, discuss various sales strategies. Grainne delivered the course and was very insightful.
